We assess the impact
Minor changes that do not alter the load path or lateral layout are absorbed. Changes that do are scoped as a revision with a clear description before work continues.

Re-issued sheets, clouded and numbered
Revised structural sheets go back through engineer review and are released with revision clouds and delta numbers so the plan checker can find every change.
Permit corrections

When plan check issues structural corrections on one of your projects, upload the letter to the project. You receive an item-by-item response matrix, supplemental calculations and revised sheets. Where a structural fix requires an architectural change — a shear wall that needs a window to shift, a beam that changes a ceiling — we tell you exactly which sheet and why, so the resubmittal is consistent across disciplines.

Questions architects and designers ask
Do you need CAD files, or are PDFs enough?+
PDFs are enough to scope and to engineer. DWG or DXF backgrounds reduce drafting time and coordination errors, so send them if you have them. Structural sheets are returned as PDFs formatted for electronic plan check.
Can you match our sheet numbering and title block?+
Structural sheets carry our title block because the licensed engineer is responsible for them, but sheet numbering, detail references and sheet size are coordinated with your set so the package reads as one submittal.
Will you review the framing concept before the design is finalized?+
Yes. Submit a schematic or design-development set and describe what you want checked — span feasibility, whether a moment frame is needed, where shear walls can go. It is scoped and quoted like any other project and typically saves a round of redesign.
How do you handle changes after engineering has started?+
Upload the revised sheets to the same project with a note about what changed. We assess whether the change is absorbed or scoped as a revision and tell you before continuing. Re-issued sheets are clouded and numbered.
Who signs the structural sheets?+
The licensed engineer responsible for the work reviews and approves every structural set. Signed and sealed documents are provided where the jurisdiction requires them; licensing information appears in the site footer.
Can our studio submit on behalf of a client?+
Yes. The account that submits the project manages it and receives the documents; who you share them with is up to you. Many studios keep all of a client's projects under the studio account so revisions and corrections stay together.
